loser post

This post is going to be way short so I have titled it "Loser Post."

I had a couple of tests today. One was in NMS (my favorite class) and the other was a quiz for ASL 2 (my least favorite but I love the lab because of GAAAMESSS). I got a 92/100 on my NMS and I think I did great on my other one. I'm so happy because I was a little nervous about my NMS test. That class is so cool. It's neat to learn more in depth about expression with sign. Even though, during a game today I learned that I've been living a lie! I thought the NMS "CHA" went with the word "hot." Ruby bluntly informed me that I was soo wrong.... lol!

I am really enjoying all the movies we have watched in class so far. I saw two of them already in my high school class but it was nice to watch them again with more knowledge. I am really excited for the next movies we will watch.
Speaking of high school, I learned a while ago that my old sign teacher heard that Rivesville wants me to come back and teach again. I need to call them, and also to go and visit Mrs. Waitkus! I'm sure she'd love to hear how I'm doing.
I went to Deaf bowling last night for the second time. I was a bit more comfortable there. I brought my sister, Becky, who is hearing and desperately wants to learn sign. I hung out with Pam and Becky a lot this weekend and Becky really enjoyed our time with her. She is sad though, for the communication barrier. Being with them confirms my desire to be an interpreter even more. I love being the one to bridge the gap for them!
